Privacy Notice
This site runs on a small amount of data and would prefer to run on less. The notice below covers what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It applies to northcasinoreport.com and to correspondence sent to the newsroom addresses.
What is collected
Visiting the site produces standard server records: the page requested, the time, an abbreviated network address, and the browser type. These are used to keep the site working and to count readers. They are retained for 30 days and are not used to build a profile of an individual reader.
Analytics are aggregate. This site does not run cross site advertising trackers, does not sell reader data, and does not operate a mailing list.
Where a cookie banner appears, the non essential options are switched off by default. Nothing is set beyond what the site needs to load until you choose otherwise.
Complaint submissions
If you send a complaint for the register, we hold what you send: your account of events, the documents you attach, and the email address you sent from. That material is read by the newsroom only.
Documents are stored for twelve months from receipt and then deleted. Names, account numbers and document images are never published. Complaints appear in the register as counts, categories and dates, or, with your written consent, as a summary with identifying detail removed.
If you ask us to close your submission and delete the material, we will do so and confirm in writing, unless the material has already been cited in a published correction, where a minimal record is retained.
Links to operators
Some links on this site carry a tracking identifier that tells the operator the visit came from here. That identifier does not contain your name, email address or any information you have given the newsroom. No personal data is placed in a link.
Once you leave this site, the operator's own privacy notice applies and this notice does not. We have no access to your account with them and cannot act on your behalf.
The commercial arrangement behind those links is disclosed at /standards/ and at /terms/.
Your rights and contact
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests go to [email protected] and are answered within 30 days.
Complaints about how this site handles data can be raised with your national data protection authority. We would ask you to write to us first, since most issues are resolved faster in one exchange.
This notice was last revised on 1 August 2026. Material changes are logged at /corrections/ like any other change to a published page.
